Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana (RMHCCIN) provides a supportive home-away-from-home for more than 5,000 families of children every year receiving medical care at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health and other area hospitals.
No parent ever plans for their child to be sick, yet when the unthinkable happens and their child is diagnosed with a critical illness, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana is here for them.
Kids heal better when their families can be with them. Thanks to community and individual support, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana is able to stay open 365 days a year to keep families together when it counts the most.
After a long day at the hospital, there’s nothing more appreciated than a home-cooked meal. Get together with friends, family or co-workers to plan a menu and prepare a comforting meal for our families. We provide the kitchen, you provide the food. Whether a one-time event, or a monthly date, we invite you to come to the House and share your culinary skills with our families.
Every night, 58 families call the Ronald McDonald House of Indiana “home.” The Hinton family stayed with us for three weeks while their daughter Elena received care at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health.
Donating your time and talent to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana can be a rewarding experience and a real gift to the families staying at the House. Whether you are looking for an ongoing commitment or want to share a special gift or talent on a short-term basis, there is a way for you to make a difference at the House!
